GenCatch TM Total RNA Extraction System provides an GenCatchmical method to purify
total RNA from various samples such as cultured cells, tissues, bacteria, and yeast.
A simple silica-membrane spin-column method can isolate total RNA without phenol/chloroform
extraction and ethanol precipitation. Total RNA with a molecular size greater than
200 nucleotides (which excludes smaller RNA such as 5S and 5.8S RNA, and tRNA) can
be isolated.

Total RNA isolated from tissue and cultured
cells using GenCatch TM Total RNA Extraction System was analyzed by formaldehyde
agarose gel electrophoresis.

RT-PCR of total RNA extracted from Hela cells
with GenCatch TM Total RNA Extraction System. Lane 1-5 are RT-PCR products
of the total RNA. Lane 6-10 are RT-PCR of total RNA extracted from 106,
105, 104, 103, and 102 HeLa cells respectively.
